Sixty-Six is a free card game played with a 20-card deck consisting of Ace, Ten, King, Queen, and Jack. The cards hold point values of 11, 10, 4, 3, and 2, respectively. In each game, the dealer alternates, and every player receives five cards. The top card from the remainder of the deck is revealed as the trump suit, while the remaining deck is placed crosswise on the trump card.

The non-dealer is the first to lead in each trick. A "trick" is won by playing the highest card of the suit led, unless a trump card is played, in which case the highest trump card prevails. The winner collects the trick, keeps it face-down, and refrains from looking at it again. Upon reaching 66 points, players are awarded points as follows:

• One game point if the opponent has accumulated 33 or more card points
• Two game points if the opponent has won at least one trick and has 0-32 card points
• Three game points if the opponent hasn't won any tricks
